It's probably extreme wishful thinking since the oil change didn't help previously, but the cam phaser cleaning should have flushed fresh oil through the oil control valves so maybe it helped a little. I have an update that I'll post tomorrow if I have time to type it up, but I have a question. Did you put in regular 5W30 or a high-mileage 5W30?
