4th ANNUAL RUBICON TRIP WITH SOCAL JULY 5-10,2015
 
Last year was an epic trip between the 2 areas,so lets have another go at it.This will be a multi-day run on 2 different trails.The first run will start on the Rubicon Trail at night and ending at night.Second leg of the trip we will travel north to just outside of Truckee to the Fordyce Jeep trail.

Sun.meet at Loon Lake at 7:00pm drivers meeting follow after air down.
Mon./Tues.are down days.
Tues. night head off the trail and travel to Fordyce staging area,below this is Pierce OHV area in which we camp for the night.
Wed.we will start Fordyce Jeep trail ending Meadow Lake.

CAMP FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AT DRIVERS MEETING (RUBICON SPRINGS)

2DR 35's and Lockers
4DR 35's and rear locker
Fire Extinguisher
Tow strap and tow points
Winch
Rocker Protection
Trail spares - must be self sufficient
Spill Kit
Wag bags
CB Radio Channel 21

This may be a stupid question but if the north and the south are involve does this mean 30 rigs on the trail all together? How long does it make the trail with all of those rigs?

Last year we had 28 rigs and yes all rigs on trail.Should take a few hours unless someone afraid of the dark:what?:

I plan to make part of this run.

I'm working on the Fordyce details and will try to either connect from Fordyce back to the Rubicon, or meet you on the trail and follow you over to run Fordyce.

I'll ask more questions once I know my schedule.

I'd like to run Fordyce with everyone weds morning to camp at meadow lake that night. Please let me know where and when works best to meet weds morning, bathrooms/trailhead etc.:thumbsup:

We are going to camp near the Pierce OHV area.Can meet with you at the trailhead.From staging area you find the trail spilts,right to Fordyce,left Pierce OHV area i think there's a sign there.I'll up date first post as we get closer
