Looking to store my JK

I am just about to take delivery of my JK which I'm planning to leave in NorCal for about a year before exporting it to the UK where I live. During this year I am planning on doing a number of trips, the first one being the RT at the end of next month.

Therefore I am looking to store the Jeep securely somewhere around SF ideally within one and a half hours drive from SFO. Do you have a spare garage/space, do you know of a place that can accommodate this? Please drop me a line.

Thanks.

Mini storage seems to be the best idea for your situation. I know they may charge more then what you want, however what price can you put on a safe piece of mind. Just knowing knowbody will drive it, no bikes to fall into it, security etc. etc..

Just my 2 cents

I feel the same.

But really, I thought parking garages are even pricier than a mini storage ---> My 20 year old daughter paid 20 bucks a day to leave her car in a garage in Sacramento for 3 nights.

I found those places on the net. If any of you know anything about any of them, I'd be grateful to hear...

Hello again Eugenio http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q...zdizze/hi-.gif

The only Mini Storage that I am personally familiar with is the one across from the Indian Casino in Lincoln- I am acquainted with the owners.

Honestly though, I would think that most any of them that are around are going to be ok and safe to store your Jeep. :yup:

...Anyone feel free to jump in and interject. :dontknow2:

I might have a space available to store your JK. I am in Richmond 10min north of I-80 from Berkeley

Mbatf,

That's great! Thanks. I have sent you a PM.

Don't know where you are at with your search, but very close to the Rubicon trailhead there is a campground called Robb's Resort that offers storage for $100/month. That is a good 3 hours from the Bay area though. Your Jeep would close to alot of good wheeling though!:yup:

Thanks Kidjeep. I'll check that out.
