Check out Zenfolio. Used them since they were in beta. Great service and support.

Flickr's pro accounts are $24 a year. I know lots of professional photographers that stick with flickr too.

You can buy a 2 year subscription to Photobucket for just $39.99 and the paid version has no ads and allows you to upload high resolution images without having to scale them down.

Here's another vote for Flickr. It's free up to a certain amount of images too.

Villagephotos I host my site images from there AND all my worldly pics. NEVER down in 6 years now that I have been with them.

I also use zenfolio because on top of having ur own page u can sell prints of ur pictures directly. Looks pretty professional.
