I thought Id share with you a sample of shots I took of the Space SHuttle arriving at NY's JFK airport. It was cold but the shots came out great. It was a realy cool experience .

Thanks! I was rather disappointed when I learned it was never actually in space.

Always amazes me that the shuttle can sit on top of a plane like that.

In space or not, these are still really cool shots. It's not something everyone gets to see, thanks for sharing

You're welcome. My friend had an extra ticket so she gave it to me. I couldn't turn it down. I'd love to see what the inside of that 747 looks like. The trusses that hold the shuttle up are massive. I'd also like to see how they get the shuttle off the plane.
