my Axial AX10 and my son's SCX10
I've been into RC's pretty much my entire life, but I was turned onto the Axail's a little while back and have been having a blast. My AX10 has been heavily modified to include: Proline aluminum shocks, Axial aluminum links, Vanquish hubs and knuckles, axial universals up front, MT-28 steel beadlocks, and Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. I also went to a 27T axial motor and a 13T pinion.
My son's SCX10 is stock except I added Raceline monster 2.2 beadlocks and mudslingers.

I'm not even going to say what i've got in just mine. It's really addictive. I can't always break away to make the 1.5 hour long ride to the OHV with my jeep, so I get my fix with the RC version. What got me was the fact it has real strait axles, locking diffs, the whole nine yards. Just like the big boys. They have some that have real leaf springs and everything. It's ridiculous. The biggest thing is it's a hobby my 8 year old and I can participate in together, and it's another way to get him into the sport on a different level. He doesn't realize it, but he's learning about crawling, picking good lines, clearance, etc... It's a great hobby.

Im working on my SCX10 wheelbase to be 1" shorter to fit one of these bodies I got off Ebay. Very detailed, opening doors and interior detail is high. It will take a little massaging but I'll get it.
