You'd just net more lift than it if was on a 4dr. Probably an extra inch. If you end up netting 3" on a 2dr, you're gonna need to address the same things you'd have to address as if you put a 3" dr...

Easy swap with hand tools. As mentioned, the plastic on the passenger side has to be clearanced, but no big deal. Shocks are stiffer. If you got a good deal on em, go for it. No downside.
