I'm about 90% sure that the diesel uses the same snorkel setup as the 3.8L does. The lights and winch shouldn't make any difference, though the European bumper is different from the US market bumper....

This. My M8000 came with one mangled in the box, and they overnighted me a new one so that I could install it in time for a wheeling trip. 10/10 would recommend. Amazon's also got them.
