Default castor cam bolts?

was wondering how much extra castor you can get by adding the cam bolts to the lower control arms.

Don't cheap out on this. Get LCAs and do the job right. Once you put cam bolts in, it is difficult to correct once you realize you've made a big mistake. Search the forum on "cam bolts" if you need more details.

the problem with cam bolts is that you have to knock out the tabs on your control arm mounts at the axle so that they become slots. once you do this, it is difficult to keep the bolts from coming loose especially if you go wheeling. i would NOT recommend using these.

I am in a sort if mid transformation stage currently. my JK has 4" of lift and is running stock LCA's. I had adjustable control arms, sold them. I'm going to go long arm (haven't decided which, maybe ORE), but the JK is driving horribly right now (wandering and bump steer). I have a set of cam bolts sitting in my desk drawer and it is tempting to install them. I may do it and just use the cam bolts with whichever long arm system I use..

problem is if you do it, you will have to repair the mounting holes as they will now be slots instead of squares. i went wheelin with blazer4949 a few weeks back and he was complaining about his front end making noises and feeling sloppy and after i gave it a look, his cam bolts had come loose and were floating around. really, it's not worth it trust me.
