Certificates for Refund or Replacement for tires

I am planning to order 35 from Discount Tire Direct and I wanted to know if anyone really pay for Certificates for Refund or Replacement.

The way I wheel I gladly paid for it. Haven't used it yet but I know CA JK has gotten two tires from them.

If you wheel, they are cheap insurance
I bought them for my MTR/K
I have seen many pop a sidewall or get a puncture in the side wall
the tire is toast, you can't fix it

Rocks sliced one up, a tree branch went through another, several big nails from a construction zone got another. Depends on how and where you drive, but the certs are worth it to me.
