Default Has anyone tried the LT305/70R16 duratracs?

Godyear shows LT305/70R16 as an available size 33x12.5, but I can't find them anywhere.

I'm in! this pic request thread seems to have turned into a "show your duratracs" thread. lol. just had these installed a few days ago. love them so far. very quiet for how aggressive they are. hard to believe they're classified as an A/T. 275/70/18 with 1.5" wheels spacers. no rub. awesome.

I've only had them on for about 2 weeks now, but so far I love them. They are really very quiet (even more so than my SRA's), handle pretty nicely, and look mean as hell. I've got them in a 315/75/16, and they measure about 34" exactly when mounted, and have a tread width of 10" and total tire width of a little under 12.5" when inflated to 35psi. Haven't trail-tested them yet. Also not too incredibly harsh for a Load E tire.

I've got a couple questions for the 315/70/17 Duratrac owners. What is the actual height of them once mounted? How do they handle at highway speeds? Do the drive smoothly on road?
Thanks

Mine measure right at 34" @ 30psi, and I think they are very smooth. A smoother ride than the stock SR-A's, which surprised me for a load range E tire. And they are exceptionally quiet on the highway. Handling is good on dry pavement, probably what you'd expect from an all terrain, but then I don't drive this like my Mazdaspeed 3, either. Haven't put a lot of off-road miles on them yet, but that should change this weekend.

So I have had my duratracs since May... and I am very disappointed. Last weekend I was on a major wheelin trip with tons of ppl... and I blew two sidewalls. One took 6 plugs to fill, the other took 1 plug. apparently the duratracs are know for weak sidewalls. No one knows what I hit, no one else hit it, or their tires are waaaay better. oh well I wanted 35s anyways. going to go mickey t MTZ this time though. Just thought I would let everyone know!

I was considering Duratrac 315-75-16, but your experience has me a little worried.
