Cool! Nav andI have been on the pm working out a schedule and picking trails. We should have a plan soon. Just trying to decide on fun trails arent too easy, and arent too far for you all to drive, and that won't be too hard on my rig. I gotta be able to drive back home. We'll keep you informed.

Its looking like we're gonna do Grizzly lake and something else nearby, maybe Pomeroy on Friday, Aug 5. Might throw a fly on the water while we are there.

If you're in the area, make sure you do Lead King Basin from Marble. Easy trail, but stunning views. Here are a couple from my trip last year. Lead King Basin from Marble, Crystal powerhouse, and Schofield Pass.

Something about your pics didn't post right... can't see them.
I've done Schofield and been to the Crystal Mill. You're right, it is beautiful. The mill is breathtaking. Everyone should be required to do that trail.

Hey y'all!

I'm headed to the Vail Valley tomorrow and will end up in the SW part of the state Aug 7-13. Planning to run Holy Cross if it's open, then head west thru Mosquito/Independance to Aspen, then Pearl Pass to CB, Engineer into Silverton/Ouray, Black Bear, Schofield, Imogene,... Into Durango eventually.

Hoping to be able to meet up with some of you. Please say hello if you see me. I'll buy a round!
