Looks like a 2001-2 Grand Cherokee wheel to me -

says 5x127 bolt patterns (5x5). I don't know what our JK hub bore is off the top of my head. If the bore is the same, or you could use an adapter ring, then yes, they would fit. Does not say what the backspace or offset is that I see.
