Default Full Door Cab Cover

Need help. I am wanting to take my Freedom Panels and the back Hard Top off my 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I am thinking of getting a Full Door Cab Cover, for rain and weather protection, but it is talking about installing belt rails.
Will this interfere with the top going back on?
Will I have to take the belt rails on and off when not taking the top off?
Any help on this would greatly be appreciated.

Bestop trail top is going to be your best bet. They're very good covers and though they're a little pricey, they're worth it. They clip into the belt rail to keep the water out and it won't interfere with you putting the hard top back on.

Second this, I've been using one for years.
