Default JKU rock rails on a Sahara

I just got some rubi rock rails to put on my Sahara for our CO trip. I see the mount tabs on the rails but it also looks like screws that go through the pinch seam. Will I have to drill holes or are there already hole there?

The OEM Rubicon rock rails and OEM Sahara side steps use the exact same mounting holes and hardware. At least thats the case on my 09 Rubicon Unlimited.

I use the Sahara side steps for everyday running around since they help protect against door dings and chipped paint on the rear hinges during mall crawling expeditions. I have my original rock rails to swap over to for offroad adventures.
