Default What size lift do I have?

OK so I havent had a jeep in 10 years. I just bought a 07 unlimited rubicon two weeks ago from a dealership. It has a skyjacker lift with 35 inch tires on it. Does anyone know what size lift would be on it. It has new springs, lower control arms, sway bar links, track bar brackets, and shocks from what I can tell. I have only uploaded a few pictures of it so far.

Also is there a way to tell what gears are currently installed?

Thanks for the help.

Justin

I'm betting it's this one... JK2501KCR (it's their 3" system).

If you have both front AND rear track bar braces then you may have this one... JK401KCR (it's their +4" system)

if you post up a pic it would help a bunch...as for the gears, they should be listed on the options tag that they slap on the window on the dealership lots..the one that gives you the price and then all other goodies that are on there

As for the gears I believe the rubicons come with 4.10's but I was wondering if there was a way to tell if the previous owner had put new gears in it or not?

They used to put tags on the back of the diffs from the factory and most people would take those off after re-gearing. So if you still had those tags on then there would be a good chance you still had 4.10's. However, my Rubicon doesn't have any tags and I haven't re-geared yet so maybe the aren't putting tags on the diffs anymore.

In that case you could find out a couple of different ways...

You could take the diff cover off and count the teeth.

OR

You can also lift the front tires off the ground and rotate your tires and count how many revolutions the drive shaft makes... then do some calculations - which I don't know off the top of my head. I forgot the exact procedure on this...

Wow, a great looking Unlimited.

Ever notice how much better the Unlimited looks with the factory bumpers than the 2 door? Someone should market a 3/16" steel plate front bumper just like the factory one, with or without a hoop. Would be easy to get that by the wife!

I love my 2 door Rubicon, don' get me wrong, but Jeep really knew what they were doing when they styled the JK with the 4 door in mind!

I can't remember the last time I had a vehicle with a tag on the diff, maybe my ol' 85 Ramcharger, that was a great 4WD, and the 318 2 barrel would run forever. I loved the 35 gallon gas tank!
