Default Need help on bumpers

I am looking for new bumpers for my 07 JK. I want driving lights either factory or new after market. I want a winch w/ rollers in bumper. All sound normal. Now is the dificult part. I have to display a front licence plate, but I do not want it coming out of the winch roller. I want so the winch is free of the plate. There are alot of bumpers out there but that front plate screws me up. Thank for any sugestion.

I am not familiar with any bumpers that meet your criteria. I'll bump you back up.

The ARB comes with a fold up/down bracket that covers the rollers which only stick out about 1-1.5" from the bumper. It's about a flush as you'll get and still have functional rollers.
