Default black steel wheels - crager or procomp?

Tried the search. Not helping very much. Looking at steel rims 17" x 8" wide. about 4.5" back space. Coming up with cragar soft 8's and procomp steel wheels. Any opinions on which is a better wheel? I live in New England, so the finish will be a big factor! They like to salt the roads around here. A LOT!!!!!
Any thoughts are appreciated.

i went with the cragers. cheap and not a 1/2 way bad wheel. been through one winter with em so far and they are still fine. i just make sure to touch up any rock rash spots to keep the rusting to a min

Question hub centric?

Are they both/either hub centric or lug centric. I'm trying to make up my mind on black steel wheels also.

I don't know this for fact, but I've read that the Pro Comps have more welds and are stronger

I have the pro comps and have been through one Colorado winter so far. I like them a lot. I'm sure either one would be fine and they're both definitely cheaper than the aluminum wheels.

just my .02

Yeah, I would have to agree. Both are steel wheels for under 100. So how picky can you get? I am just wondering if there are any little things about one or the other that makes it ever so slightly better? If they are the same, than that is that. But am just wondering one way or the other.

I thought it was cragar and black rock that were the "same"

OP, which pro comp rim are you looking at?

IIRC, some poster had real trouble balancing some steelies. I think they were soft 8's.
