Default How to mount a Hi-Lift to a ARB?

I've seen ,ultiple pics of the Hi-Lift mounted to the front bumper hoop....Did the bumper come with the brakets to mount it there?

Also, does anyone have pics of what the mounting brackets look like?

Thanks!

I purchased to billet aluminum Hi-lift mount from Quadratec. Very nice quality! Fits nicely on my Rugged Ridge bar I bought for the factory bumper. The mount is available in two sizes. Chaeck out pictures on Hi-Lifts web site.

Sounds like a great set up. But I have the ARB bumper, and from what I can gather, the tabs on the bull bar are for a Hi-lift but I can't seem to find a difinitive answer on where/how it mounts.

Default HiLift jack mount

All you need to do to mount a HiLift jack to any bumber or winch hoop is to drill two holes in the hoop that line up with the holes in the jack and place a bolts through the hoop and the jack. This is a very inexpensive and secure way of mounting your jack.

There are already tabs and holes on the hoop. The ARB is designed to have the Hi-:ift mounted on it. I am trying to figure out is anyone knows or has the actual mount from ARB.

Thanks for the input though.

Well I give up. Tried to post pictures, keep geting the white box with a red x

All I did was use some half inch all thread, washers and nuts. Yes it looks REDNECK but it was cheap.

Cool thanks! So, I wonder if it really is for a high lift or if people are just assuming it is?

I would like to see a pic of your set up.

I went out to the garage, took close up pictures, download to computer, copyed to jkfourn picture gallery, and then tried to paste to this thread. No luck. FAILED. I have done this before and not had a problem

Try this link http://my.project-jk.com/showphoto.p...26&ppuser=2801 or look under my old user name Spiderwedgy.

The tabs are for the Hi-lift. I called Dave at Northridge, about the Hi-lift mount ARB sells, he said it would be much cheaper to make something myself. Northridge 4x4 is where I got the bumper.
