Default Drililng through shocks to bleed them out.

Ok, hear me out on this one.

I have the RC dual steering stabilizer setup, but no longer need to run both stabilizers. I could just remove one of the stabilizers but I really like the look of the duals (especially since I painted them black).

Could I safely drill a hole in the shock to bleed it out so that it no longer has any resistance?

i suppose you could but without any more oil in there, the shaft and valve would no longer be lubricated and they will most likely seize up - and, that wouldn't be good.
