Default Can your JK fit in the garage with a lift?

My garage has an 81" opening at the door trim. I'm looking at putting on a 4" lift with 35" tires. Does anyone have this configuration and can still make it into the garage? Any thoughts would be helpful before I spend the money. Pics would be awesome.

Here is the same question from yesterday...

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modified-jk-tech-2/need-help-lift-tire-size-vs-garage-opening-101817/

One post in that thread:
I have a 4" Teraflex lift with 37's and it fits just fine in my 7'-0" garage.
4" lifts seem to be running around 5"-6" in 'actual' lift height. Then add another 1.5" for the new tires.

With the lift - yes. If I added taller tires or a roof rack - no.

You'll still have a couple of inches clearance. Mine with 35s and Teraflex 2.5" coil lift runs at 77" height to soft top bow.

My garage door is 84" or 7' and my jeep fits with a 4.5 lift and 37" tires with room to spare. I think you could go 40" tires.

I have a 7 foot door. I have the teraflex 4" lift which nets higher than 4" with 35s and it fits fine.

It looks like you might have some adjustment left in your garage door. You can normally adjust how high it raises, it doesn't appear from the pictures it is as far up as it could go. Just a thought..
