I have a 4'' lift with 1.5'' wheel spacers, i have some wheels in the making that are 17x10 with a 2.5'' backspacing to give me maximum width, will i have an issue running these???

What size tires are you running.

This combo will place the mass of the tire/wheel far from the mounting surface = more stress on the axle. Will you have any problems other than having them stick out past the fender, depend on what you run and what you do with them.

Wow, that is really low backspacing.
You'd be fine using those wheels without any spacers at all.

You'll stress your ball joints more so keep an eye on that. You also might rub your fender flares more during full stuff, depends how much lift you have.
