Teraflex rear track bar bracket
I am putting on a teraflex 2.5 coil lift tomorrow and while i was looking around the site for some tips i came across alot of complaints about the rear track bar bracket not lining up correctly. The thread i was reading about was from March. Does anyone have any knowledge that this was fixed.
Also if i did decide just to buy a adj. rear track bar would i still have to use the bracket?
Thanks for the help.

It lines up fine. I like how they designed it. All it needs is a little persuation. I put the floor jack under mine and eased it up into position, put the large cross bolt through it and drilled the hole. Worked great. I'm going to go back and put a couple of spot welds on it for good insurance.

I installed the same lift about 2 months ago. My track bar bracket lined up no problem. I didn't get a template to drill the hole though. I called Teraflex and they told me they would send one, but recommended just winging it. So I just measured and went for it. It was no big deal, everything lined up fine. Good luck
On a 2.5" that's debatable. Trackbars only recenter the axle. Trackbar brackets are used to correct the rear roll center angle. With this size of kit, you can go either way and be fine.
