Angry rockhard evap skid - install help

If you have the rockhard evap skid... and have SUCCESSFULLY installed it with ALL 3 bolts please tell me how!

Basically the skid appears to be a bit longer than the bolt spacing, and I cant get the rear single bolt in.. only the front 2... and i have tried barely threading those to allow for some play...still no go.

I have a ziptie holding on the rear right now

Thx in advance!

The crossmember has a tendency to bend from the rocks. Like flamered has said just elongate the holes.

I just put mine on less than 2 weeks ago. Mine lined up perfect and went on in just a few minutes.

Go to harbor freight and ask for a hole stretcher.

Default install issue

my holes lined up, but I had to cut off a 1" square chunk in the side of the skid to allow the small evap tube to pass by without serious rubbing.

well i took another crack at it... used my floor jack to force the skid up / flush with the rear beam.

it aligned almost perfectly..except for about 1/2millimeter too long. the bolt still wouldnt catch a thread and go in.. so i think ill take everyones advice and just drill the hole a bit this weekend.

Thx!

Have you tried putting the rear one in first, then trying the front 2? Might be easier to do it that way, if the front two don't line up, then that skid was drilled wrong or something. Those holes should line up evenly with the evap holes. Mine went right in. You shouldn't have to force anything.
