Default Will these tires fit.

will 35 x 14.5 17 tires/wheels fit my unlimited x and if not whats the cheapest way i can make them fit.

Check the wheels & tires FAQ at the top of this section. Look at the 'lift vs tire height' and the 'width vs backspace/wheel spacer' questions. (wider tire, so you'll need more backspace than it indicates.)

And just an opinion, but don't go the cheapest way. Do it right...

The 2.5 BB or coil lift will allow enough clearance for the 35" height, but you need to address the 14.5" width separately.

Those tires are wider than the norm. If you are buying new wheels may sure they have reduced backspacing (the mounting plate is towards the back of the wheel which pushes the wheel outwards). Keep in mind changing the backspacing too much like affect the loading on the bearings and handling. You may need a spacer in addition to moderate backspacing. If you want to keep the stock wheels, the standard 1.25-1.5" spacers may not be enough.
