Default Angry Headlights...

Gave the Jeep a little attitudinal adjustment today... Had some black vinyl laying around and figured since I was installing Silverstars I also had laying around for months that I might as well get this done too.

Got them stretched perfectly with no bubbles or wrinkles in the vinyl. I tested the lights for 5 minutes and the vinyl does get hot enough to not want to touch it. The vinyl should hold up fine, but I will keep an eye on things the first time they really get used.

I love the look so, if any issues with the vinyl I will find some tinted vinyl instead of black (which I may do anyways). Attached are iPhone pics with the lights on.

As the Jeeps anger continued into the night... The only real light loss I see is about 10 feet out in front on the ground, filled in by the driving lights just fine. Distance projection seems fine, same crappy stock coverage.

I like it! AND it just gave me an idea....what if there was the same thing only in plastic and clipped onto the headlight, BUT could be spun into different positions. You could have a sad face some days...angry others...even pouty. It could be the first Jeep Emo attachment.

No night shots yet, but the pattern on the wall in front of the Jeep did not look all that changed. I run my driving lights all the time though so not worried.
