Mickey Thompson Classic II alternatives?

I'm real interested in the Mickey Thompson Classic II, but have read that they're difficult to keep polished as they're not coated.

Any alternatives like this that are easier to maintain?

Have you looked into getting them coated? May not cost too much.

The black limited edition ones are awesome, it's unfortunately they only have 15"
