Default HELP. I reamed out the top of my knuckle to far..

I purchased a new drag link flip kit. Basically I read the instructions wrong and reamed out to knuckle to far. So now the tie rod end it loose and the is a ton of play in the steering.. Is there a way to fix this with out major expense??

I don't think so - I think you'll probably have to get a new knuckle unfortunately. I can't think of a good way to fix that off the top of my head. Once you ream that out there's no going back obviously.

Maybe put in a bushing spacer, might be hard to find the right size.

Yup, that would probably be the best route with the least amount of cost....Compare the labor charge of the weld VS buying a new knuckle....
