Default quick discos

Does anyone know what kind of quick disconnects I would need to get with a TF 2.5" BB. I was looking at the Black Diamond discos but they say they are only good for 2" lift or they have one for a 3-4" lift. Would one of them work or is there a different company that makes discos for 2.5"?

You can get the Teraflex or the JKS quick discos.
Teraflex have a set that are for 0-3"
JKS makes a 2.5-6" set.

BTW I am running the JKS with the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift

JKS disco's - once mounted, you pull two pins and remove the links for storage inside your JK.

TeraFlex disco's - once mounted, you pull only the lower pin, flip the link up, and reconnect it to a mounting location.

Either would be a great choice.

2.5" ? You want to keep the swaybar level, so if you go up 2.5", you would ideally want your links 2.5" longer, right? What angle is your swaybar at when those 3" links are installed?

Or just go with adjustables like the JKS

Get the JKS. They are the best out there hands down. Very nice indeed. You can adjust them till your swaybar is at the right angle, and take em completely off when wheeling. You get the JKS ones, you will not regret your decision.

I like these:

Getting ready to put a set on my 3" lifted X

They aren't as pretty as some of the others, but they attach to the frame up out of the way and they only cost $59.95 and free shipping till sunday.

And they're a forum sponsor.

Agreed. I have these and they work great. I love the fact that when you disconnect they re-connect to the frame and keep the sway bar up out of the way. So far so good.
