Default Rough Country body lift install chattering noise after?

I just installed a rough country 1.25" body lift and I am getting a loud chattering squeaking noise from one of the mounting points. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem after installing their Body lift? I have removed the center bolt that runs through the center of the spacer and I checked for metal to metal contact and didn't find any. I then reinstalled the bolt with some Loc-tite to see if it would stop making the noise. The noise stopped for a few miles then started again. I hope someone knows a fix.

Did you tight the 12 bolts at 80 and the 24 small nuts at 40 ?

Some bolts are probably touching the body.
- untight the 12 bolts (but don't remove them)
- drive at 2 mph and put the brake
This will move the body on the frame. Tight the 12 bolts, and make a road test.

Never heard about this issue before

Yes I did the torque on the bolts and nuts. Its just coming from the left rear mount. I can push down on the bumper or the tow hook and it squeaks bad. I am going to try what you said and see what happens. I hope its a fix to the problem. New Jeep and a squeaky one. Thanks for your answer.

Well I checked all the mounting bolts over again and still getting the noise. I think when I had my Jeep in the air installing the BL the Rear spring on the side the noise is coming from moved or something causing the squeaking noise? I'll check it out tomorrow. I did notice the spring being rotated a little from the opposite side so I could of lost the rubber on the top side of the spring? That could cause the noise. I'll let you know what I find.

I installed this same lift a few months back and had the same issue.

The washers on the farthest back two body mounts were rubbing very slightly on one of the small nuts.
I pulled the the big bolt and washer out from both sides and took a grinder to the washer. I made just a little flat spot on the washers and reinstalled. All noises are completely gone.

Hope this helps.
