Does anyone have any reccommendations for these?

 

yeah ... don't get any mud on them, or hit em with a rock ...

however if it's a street only and the hotties keep having issues gettin in, game on.

 

The only thing I have seen is some sliders that have a little gas shock on them.
When you step on them they come down to use as a step, then retract back closer to the body. I think I saw them in a catalog, forget which one....sorry

 

AMP research is the only one i have seen and they run just over $1500 plus installation. Mostly for the street - the girls love the look but after about the 5th time lifting them in it gets a little old. I do get in the mud from time to time but not real often as I live in the land of cactus.

I think my wifey is getting me some for Xmas to replace my stock rubi rails. They are showing severe rust in spots, and she is pretty short and needs the step to get in (i'm lifted 5" & on 35's.)
I agree with other comments about them being more for street rigs, but my off-roading is not severe enough to worry about smashing them on boulders.

 

You may be able to get the Rubi rails covered under anti corrosion warranty.
Then sell the new ones to get $$ towards the ones you want.
