Default Can bedliner be installed over extreme dynomat

I was looking under my carpet and the entire floor is covered with extreme dynomat. Can I rollout durabak or some other bedliner over the dynomat. I have heard that it is a real chore to get up and was thinking I could just roll over it. Any help is useful.

Sounds like overkill to me. The bedliner is all ready a dampener. I have done mine and dynomatted the front dash areas and the rollbar. It has helped out a ton.

I would venture a guess that it would look terrible if you didn't pull it out. I left the welding in mine, and you can see where it was. People who air chiseled it out have a much smoother floor.

Thanks for the posts. I figure that it would be overkill, but the work to remove all of the dynomat then prep and bedliner is too much. I love the sound improvement with the dynomat. With the hardtop on it is better than my wife's minivan. I guess I will just think about it a little more and then decide to leave alone. thanks again.

Default Dynomat

I Hurculined my tub and left the Dynomat in except for a small area on the drivers side floor which had loosened up. There is a noticable hot spot where I had scraped out the loose Dynomat. Not bad in the winter but cooks my left foot in the warm weather. The spot is right above my Cat. Converter
