Default Lift kit install begins today I have Q's

Hey JK community. I am starting the install of my 4" long arm tera flex lift kit today. (finally)!!!!! I was waiting on my rims which took right at 5 months.... Anyways. Once I get the lift kit finished probably in a two or three days. My question is what do I need to worry with in terms of alignment for the suspesion (once it's all on there). This is the first lift install I've done. So any feedback would be great!

Oh I have the drive shafts and the whole nine yards for it too. So I have all the parts I need.

Again many thanks for your input.

Follow the TeraFlex instructions to the letter, all should be good. If you have any questions, call them, they are a great bunch there!

Here is a list of what is done to date on the lift install.

Jeep is up on jack stands all tires off.

Front parts removed thus far:
Sway bar & links removed
Upper control arms both sides
Lower control arms both sides
Front driveshaft.
Upper and lower brackets cut off.
Driver side upper and lower brackets ground down smooth to the frame
Passenger side brackets are about 50% ground down.

I have taken a few pictures of the work so far. I'll post them up once I get finished!

Oh on another note. Grinding the brackets smooth is taking the much longer than I expected...

How crucial is it to drill out the bolt hole in the axle housing to insert that sleeve on the JK leveling kit on the front end? It's the hold where the factory trackbar used to be mounted. The directions say you need to drill out the hold larger for the sleeve to fit then put in the new trackbar bolt.

This is pretty important! So please help

Also seems dialing in the axle to get it center is also taking me forever!!!! help there toooo

Yeah, I can empithise with you man!! I HATED griding the driver front lower bracket as there was no room with the catalitic converter in the way, not to mentionn the bend in the frame at that point. Just as an FYI I spent 3 days just grinding smooth

I did have a buddy helping as well (thank goodness)

I promise it will look killer and ride great once you are done.

How much of an issue did you have with getting the front axle centered? I have the coils & shocks on. Power steering stabilizer. Now I need to get it all lined back up. Oh the measurements on the track bar & brace bar on the instructions are giving me numbers for a 6" Which it is only a 4". Anyways If you got a trick to getting the front axle re-centered share please!
