Talking side markers not working

I just got enough balls to do the fender mod and when i went to mount my side markers up and see if they work they did not?
I checked the bulbs and they were both burnt out so i went to the auto store and bought new ones. Now i have them both installed and still nothing..
Anyone else have this problem help me out please... Ill post pics later this week when i get my 2" BB.. So EXCITED!!!

It sounds like you either blew a fuse or cut a wire to the lights.
