Default Shrockworks slidders setup info

I am planning on geting the shrockworks slidders for the 4 door and I found out that they come in two ways 1) with the stock Rubi sliders still attached (these are dropped down about a inch more for fitment) and 2) without the oem sliders. Any pics out the of both these setups and or opinions?? Pics would really help the decision process. Thanks!!

I don't have decent pic's, but if you have Rubi sliders, tell Shrockworks you want to keep them. It looks really nice. TORN has this setup and I wish I did because it covers up the ugly pinch seam.

I was wondering that since the sliders sit lower do they make a better step?
Wife is really pushing for some type of step. I have been looking into buying
these sliders, and am now even more interested knowing that I can keep the
rockrails on.

Quick question for blockrockin or anyone else who has done this: Which finish did you get on your sliders to best match up with the rockrails?

They WILL make a better step if lower. Mine are not lower, and it's still a bit of a step up for my wife. I don't even use it as a step, because it's not much help.

I would imagine installation would be the same either way. When I talked with someone at Shrockworks about this, it sounded like they just weld the rails lower on the brackets to make room for the stock rails.
