Default chopping aev front bumper

I am seriously thinking about chopping my aev bumper like the pic below and adding bushwacker flat fenders. Does anyone know any places in the newyork long island area that could do this? I am imagining any metal fabrication welder place.

IMO that is poor choice aesthetically and economically.

If you want want a stubby, why don't you sell the AEV bumper minus the lights, buy your favorite stubby and pocket the difference?

I guarantee you that a buyer will be fairly easy to find. The AEV bumper is very popular and it is almost impossible to find a new one at a discount.

I think it looks sick!!! i love it. I wish they made a stubby version like that. Not sure of any places on the island that can do that, and that is an expensive piece to mess up

I think if mine could look like the pic then it would be a sick looking bumper. I really like the look and the added room of a flat fender. I know its alot of $ to chop but I am the one who cut a big old hole in my aev hood after all haha.

I was seriously considering this mod too.

Do it, so I can see if I still like it.

I personally would take spinlocks advice, sell that one and get a new stubby and probably no difference in price, of what you can get for yours. Instead of paying someone to mod yours. You'll prolly end up ahead.
