Default Lift done & few issues. Help asap.

I have an 07 Jeep wrangler 2D. I just got finished installing the following:

Teraflex 4" long arm with shocks & drive shafts.
Teraflex leveling Kit.
35x12.5x17R Tires.

Everything I expected is happening wheel is out of center to the left about 60 degrees. I'm not worried about that.

The ESP system. Is freaking out due to the steering wheel posistion & new tire weight. I'll have that fixed in a day or so

But the BIG problem is when I'm in first gear driving up a hill (driveway) Not offroading. There is a popping/grinding sound that seems like it's coming from the driveline. So what do you guys think is happening there? I would love help on this problem asap.

Many thanks guys

P.S. I'll toss up some pictures here in a bit.

This sounds like your drive shaft binding. Probably the front as it at a bad angle.

I just got up under the jeep. The driveshafts are new & longer. They seem at a pretty perfect angle. The front one is nearly straight. It's sittong on level ground right now. I grabbed the front one though and gave it a good twist. with my hands. It didn't rotate obviously; however, it did have about 1/4-3/8" of play in it. I could hear a bumping sound. As It would hit the stopping point of the "play" it had in it. Seemed to be on the transfer case yolk side of the front. Oh and the rear had basically ZERO play in it...

Helps...
