Rock Krawler 3.5 Flex System - Finally got it
Ordered my Rock Krawler 3.5" Flex System at the end of December and I fianlly got it 1-18-10. I am (was) currently running the cheap Tera BB with extensions.
I was planning on waiting for the weekend to get started but........
Started tinkering with it around 3pm and 7 hours later im finished. Well almost, got some tweeking to do. Disconnects, brake line xtensions, welding track bar bracket, dialing the caster etc....
Ok heres some pics.
Heres what brown did for me.
Front before RK lift with TF BB.
Front after RK lift.
Rear before RK lift with TF BB.
Rear after RK lift.
Remove the TF 2.5". Put on a RK 3.5" and get 3" additional. I think my stock springs were sagging a bit. Im sure that these new springs will settle in. Hopefully I can loose the 33" tires I have now and get some more shoes.
I will post some before and after pics when I get some daylight.

Teraflex 2.5" lift
Rock Krawler 3.5" lift (Doesnt look much diff but its 3" higher)
Gonna get the adjustable rear eventually. Axle not centered by 1/2" or so.
Rear extended brake lines on the way. Need to fab up bumpstops.
Going to put my Teraflex bump stop back on front.
These components are BEEFY.

nice set up buddy. I hear the rock krawler is a nice setup.. they actually care about "roll center"...
did you remove the boots on the Bilsteins? or they shipped without them?
I cut mine off, thought they looked like crap.

I cut the dang boots off the rear, just slid em off the front. I thought they look like crap 2.

I may be selling the JKS front disco's also. I put on the RK ones that came with the kit. Havent made up my mind which ones I like the best.
The sliders are Teraflex. I liked the solids type sliders because they help with crap kicked up from the front tires, it keeps the side a little cleaner.
