Default smoked signals and side lights

I have been wanting to get some smoked signals and side lights, and so far all I see are either the Go Recon lights, or people who have used night shades. I just cant bring myself to spend the $200 for the Recon lights, and 2 previous attempts with nite shades on older vehicles were less than stellar. I came across adecent deal on Ebay, and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on these, and if they are worth the money.

.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310195868315&viewitem= &sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT[/url]

Any help would be great.

I used some film to cover over my lights including the rear ones and it turned out great. Best part of this is was that it was free since I had some film laying around from the last time I did my old car

It is called niteshades and is made by VHT, I think it costs about $10.
Really! Never heard of it.

On your last two niteshade attempts did you fine grit sand and then clear coat after the niteshade was on? The time I used it on my old impreza they came out really nice. The clear coat is really what made the difference.

I just got some limo tint static cling window tint. I cut it and then stretched it over my lights and used duct tape/electrical tape to hold it in place. I did this with all my jeeps and its flawless.

Completely blacked out when off and parking lights are visible in the day. One of my favorite mods of all time.

Only thing I did different was that I paid someone with stick on vinyl to do the fender lights, because me and 2 other people could NOT get them out at all. Only cost me 20 bucks. So 20 bucks for side markers and 14 bucks for front markers = 34 bucks for a completely blacked out look that can withstand the elements.

(look at my public profile picture and you will see the blacked out lights)

I used a dusting of regular flat black spray paint on my side marker lights. The flat finish blends well with non-Sahara fenders. Tree scrape was touched up with a Sharpie and can hardly be seen.
