Full Traction Front Sway bar link question
Hello everyone
I aleady install my new full traction long arm suspension, everything gone pretty good, but i have a question about the front sway bar links.
I install the front arms such as the manual says with the starting measurements, 24.5" front upper and 33.5" front lower, also the track bar 32.5", i double check it.
When i install the quick disconect sawy bar links i see that the distance between the links and the coils is diferent, been this distance larger on the passenger side than the driver side.
My question is, is this normal?, or do i have to make another adjustment or i made a mistake in the installation?.
Another question, what grease do you recomend me for the heim joints?
Hope you can help me.
Thank you!!.
This is a picture of the driver side, see the distance of the sway bar link and the coil:

This is the passenger side, the distance is bigger!!.

Thank you so much, would you tellme what is the correct pinion angle that i should put.
Thanks!!.
I think u mean the spherical joint on the frame end right?
I use a red, high tac grease used on semi 5th wheels. It's heat and water proof. If u didn't pre-grease the bushings prior to install. I would pull the and grease, same thing with the track bars.

JKCHARLIE,
Chris (Piginajeep) was kind enough to draw my attention to this thread.
Can you please email me the pictures directly to me at the email address below (for some reason they are not visible to me on the forum).

JK CHARLIE,
It does not appear there is anything wrong.
Pics from that angle suggest that there is just some natural bow in the coils in opposing directions.
If you are truly concerned, you should have it inspected by your alignment specialist or a professional installer.
Remember, a couple bucks in preventative work, beats every dollar spent on repair.

Drop it off with me for 6-8 months and I will thoroughly test it at Moab, KOH, TDS and the 'Con.
Anything I can do to help. :0)
