Default Almost ready to start my build

I am finalizing the list of mods before getting started. I have a 09 JK Rubicon Unlimited, currently bone stock...

My desire is to build a jeep that is capable offroad while maintaining street manners since its my daily driver. I intend to run 37" tires so i am thinking about installing a 4" short arm lift (probably Teraflex with the flex arms). I am struggling to find a 17X8.5 or 17X9 rim with less than 4.5" backspacing. I would prefer not to use wheel spacers... MY goal is to complete the build before this summer...

My current wish list is as follows:
Teraflex 4" lift with flex arms (considering EVO long arm kit)
37X12.5 Goodyear MT/R Kevlars
5.13:1 gears
Warn Powerplant HP winch
Bumpers: undecided (looking at LOD)
Rims: Undecided (17X8.5 or 17X9 with 4.5inch or less backspacing)
Front axle C gussets (undecided on axle sleaves)

I would appreciate any feedback from others who have done similar modifications.

Dude...4.5BS is what you need. People here run spacers on stock rims when they don't want to buy new rims.

Correct! as long as the tire is 12.5 or smaller. If you want to run a wider tire you need more bs
