Default MBRP Off Road Exhaust and evap can

I am concidering picking up the MBRP Off road exhaust and a few (but not all) sites say that the Evap Canister has to be relocated.
My question with that is what is required to do that?
I have a 10 JK and have not been under there to find the canister.

Thanks,

hey superman, do you have a 2 or 4 door?

in the 2 door you'll need to get the MBRP bracket which from what i understand will shift the evap over about 3 inches--or you could do the whole relocation thing. waiting for dave at northridge to get 'em in stock and i'm gonna do mine..my muffler is sitting in the box in the garage..

4 door no, 2 door yes
I see you have a 4 door so you are ok.
I would still plan on a skid or relocating it before going off road.

is there a sound difference between the "off road" and standard exhaust or is it just muffler location?

There is no sound difference between the two. I have the offroad kit myself. Since you have a 4 door you do not have to relocate your evap canister. The exhaust sounds excellent.

Default MBRP Offroad Exhaust

I just installed mine yesterday. If you have a four door then your good to go. No need to relocate the EVAP. By the way, this exhaust sounds awesome and brought back power. The 3.8L sewing machine engine now has a pair.
