Default New TF Spacers and shocks lift, got noise

I installed a TF 2.5 inch lift with spacers and TF shocks on my 08 sahara. I noticed when going over a speed bump, at a diagonal, or turning fast back and forth at a low speed, I hear and feel a echo(for lack of a bettter word). it sounds like my spare is loose? which it is not. I'm thinking track bar relocater is off? any help?

I would start with a simple double check of torque on all fasteners. Starting with the wheels/spacers and then the trackbars as you mentioned. Make sure everything is torqued to spec. and see what happens after that. There are thousands of the TeraFlex 2.5" lifts out, I dont know of any problems with the kit itself. Usually it is loose bolts/installer error. I have the TeraFlex 3" kit and i missed torquing one bolt, and i thought i was meticulous putting it together, still missed one.

Coming from a guy that installed the same lift as yours I will tell you what I forgot to tighten and the noise you describe is very similar as yours. Go around to each shock and check and see that you tightened them all down. I forgot to do the front passenger side where it mounts to the body up top and simply just had the nut finger tight. Every time I hit a bump or jerked the wheel back and forth it almost sounded like someone dribbling a basketball under the jeep. You left something loose. by the way, my noise was coming from the front passenger side so looking for the problem area is usually not too hard. Good luck.

There's nothing wrong with the lift. Sounds like he needs to go around and retighten things back up.

That's great to hear !! Is there anything else "special" I need to purchase to make this lift work correctly ?? lower arms... ect. Trying to save money for other mods. May go bigger in the future (years)

Wheel Spacers or wheels with 4.5" backspacing. Adj. front lowers will allow you to set your caster/pinion which will improve your handling/ride quality.
