I vote for the 7031's, like them a lot myself. I'm also looking at the XD Monster but that only comes in 18" or 20"

I'm partial to spokes so I like the first one, but the revolver style second wheel is just as cool.

I'm a bigger fan of the 7069's - I've always liked the "soft 8" style wheel.

As far as tires go, check out the new Nitto Terra Grappler MT's.

Full disclosure, I just won a set of the Mud Grapplers from Off Road Evolution so I'm a little biased toward Nitto tires right now.
