Default daystar 1 3/4 leveling kit instal

I'm installing the daystar 1 3/4 comfort ride leveling kit this weekend. The instructions look fairly straight forward. Is there anything that I should watch out for or know that is missing in the instructions?

Thanks

yeah, make sure to tighten your track bar bolts to 125-130 ft lbs of torque when you are done.

If you have recent stock, it won't have front bumpstops, so be careful if you were planning to upsize tires.

I have not checked the box for all of the parts - but why did they quit including the bumpstops? I was planning on going from 255x75x17 to 285x70x17.

A coil spring compressor would have helped me a great deal. What is the need for the rear trackbar relocation braket? It is only adjusting it a inch.

Why would you have to loosen the track bar bolts at all with this lift being it is under 2"? Is there a set lift number (inches) before having to loosen and remove trac bars? I understand if it using a new trac bar bracket to relocate too.

Cost cutting. I'm not sure if your leveling kit is the same as what I ordered (I was getting 1.75 spacers on all 4's. The kits I saw pictured on many sites at the time showed the bumpstops and so did the small 'ad' on their own instruction sheet! I had already scheduled my weekend for it and paid extra to get stocked inventory and shipped quickly, so I ended up putting it on without. I really wish I had them on - it would have prevented some of my rubbing on my 33x13.5's. You may or may not rub without bumpstops if you are offroad, disconnected and hard-flexed. If I had planned better and could do it again, I would put in a set of 1" metal disc bumpstops that mount on the lower spring perch.

Leveling kit installed yesterday. Everything went well and it looks good. Next up new tires. I plan on going with Nitto Terra Grapplers 285x70x17.
