Default Newbie Install Daystar 1 3/4: What Tools? Pics?

I have been searching the forum and the best I could get was a thread with some hints and a picture of after the install here: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...aystar+install

A) In terms of tools, the instructions ask for Chocks, Stands, Jack, and 'metric tools'. I can't exactly go to HD and get a set of "Metric Tools", so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this in terms of wrench sizes I presume.

B)I also am not sure what I'm taking off, from what I gather I'm taking off the wheels, then taking off the springs to put the spacers in.

I am not sure what the following are:
* sway bar end links
* stock isolator
* sway bar (and how to install the brackets).

Any help/pics would be appreciated. Thanks.

Update:
This is what I've gathered from the instructions of the Rough Country coil spacer lift, what do you guys think?

Front and Back:
  • 10MM socket -> brake line bracket

FRONT
  • 19mm deep well socket -> tires/wheels
  • 18mm socket and wrench -> bottom bolt and the upper sway bar nuts
  • 9/16” wrench -> upper + lower shock mounts

REAR
  • 18mm socket and wrench -> lower sway bar link
  • 19mm wrench -> ball joint end of upper sway bar link
  • 18mm wrench -> non-ball sway bar hardware
  • 16mm socket and wrench -> upper shock bolt
  • 18mm socket and wrench -> lower shock bolt

It maybe just me but I really could have used a coil spring compressor, a buddy of mine told to use a racthet strap but he was about 3days too late.

You might be able to pick one up from Advance Auto, they have a loan a tool program around here
