Eh, most 37's aren't actually 37's anyway. You can look at their actual size charts and alot are 1/2in shorter. Add weight and lower tire pressure , wahhlah, your 37's are now 35's Makes me feel better about runnin 37's on my d-30

My 36" Iroks measure 36.7" factory spec, and measured just under 36" with about 40% tread left.

it all depends on rim width, weight and air pressure. i have found that most bfg's will run about 1.5" less then stated size once on the vehicel. my 35 km2's messure approximatly 33.5 after mounted up. i wish i would have went 37's now.

GoodYear 37x12.50x17 MT/R Kevlars measured 36" at 30PSI on the ground.

LoL what a ripoff. Atleast Interco and Pitbull tires are true to measurement or a hair larger on almost all their tires.

Pitbull Rocker Radials 35x12.5's measure 35.2" @ 28psi mounted on an 8" wide wheel. Same deal with most Intercos. You got ripped buddy, I'd ask for my 1.2" worth of money back on those tires.

On that 8 inch rim you are squeezing the hell out of that tire. That make the tire stand taller when on tht rim. Put the same tires on the correct rim and you will measure a shorter overall height.

Shouldn't the skinnier rim make the tire stand taller? Also I've always been told don't go more than 4 inch wider than your rim. Any shops I have talked to wont even mount the tire for you.

or is whats happening is you are squeezing so much you lose some side wall height?

That sounds about right. The KM2s run slightly on the short side.

MY 35" KM2s @ 30psi are 33.5" tall and that is on the stock 7.5" wide rims.
