After putting on my Hanson Bumper, I took the stock plastic guard and modified the bumper and the guard to allow it to fit. I've heard both good and bad comments about this, but I'd like some concrete reasons why this was either good or bad... Let me know..

It seems to hide the wires from my winch, and electronic sway-bar nicely, while allowing for some halfway decent protection, that's why I put it there, but does it get in the way of anything? Here is a couple pics that show my guard:
