So I love my half doors! But I really hate unzipping and folding them inside my vehicle every time I get fast food or go to the bank. When is someone going to make sliding windows for the half doors. UGH!!!

That is one of only two or three reasons that I didn't get Half doors. But I'm still jealous of you that do!

+1 on the upper sliders. I have been patiently waiting to see Bestop or some other reputable company come out with these.

I don't know why it would be that difficult.

My buddy has upper sliders on his 1999 Wrangler. Do they not make them for the JK yet?

I believe they have them for all models except for the JK. I never had them on my CJ's but I always wanted them. They would be very convenient in the winter.

+1. That and the issue of where to store the uppers when you're wheeling. Seems like sliders would exacerbate this issue because the glass would be more fragile if you wanted to toss the uppers into the back seat. Half-doors are awesome, but just not for me.

I've looked at the Mopar upper door storage bag but I've been thinking about building something to store them in the back. I figure some type of platform with holes cut into it to put the pegs in would work perfect. Then I just need to find some type of removable cover for them.

Something like that would probably keep the glass safe on upper sliders as well but I would still worry about breakage.
