I've got $500 from our tax refund to spend on the Jeep. I will preface this by saying that I have no real interest in hardcore rock hoppin' off-roading. My JK is more of a trail/expedition rig. I like to get it dirty, but prefer to spend three or four days back on Forest Service roads than playing in rock gardens. It's also a daily driver.

So, candidates for the Jeep Money are:

MBRP Stainless Exhaust (Black): $479

1/2 of MBRP Roof Rack: $935 (requiring additional wait for the other half)

The balance of my OME lift: $500-700 (already have the shocks)

Something else? And do any vendors have Tax Refund Sales?

 

I'd go with the lift personally.
Or the roof rack, it would fit what you say your going to do with the Jeep.

 

I love the look of aftermarket bumpers, but I can't really justify the need for them. I'll probably upgrade my wheels and tires to Cragers and some 33's next time, but still won't need the external tire carrier. That leaves me focusing on functional upgrades or fun-but-not-exotically-expensive stuff like the exhaust.

A Superchips Flashpaq is also on the list of possibilities.

 

out of your list i'd go with the lift but other than that take a look at the mbrp front bumper, awsome.
